Wrong Order?

Please be assured all our orders are thoroughly checked before being dispatched from our warehouse. However we do recommend that customers check the order on receipt of delivery for any mistakes with their order. If for some reason this is not possible please call us within 48hrs of receipt of delivery in order for us to resolve the issue.


Again please be assured all our items are thoroughly checked for faults or damages before being dispatched from our warehouse. As above we do recommend customers check immediately on delivery for items that have been damaged. If you wish to return faulty or damaged goods customers are advised to notify us by telephone within 48 hrs after receipt of the goods. We will happily replace or refund the cost of damaged goods along as customer provides evidence of damaged or faulty goods.


If you wish to cancel an order that you have placed online please contact us within 24 hours of placing an order and we will happily cancel it and refund any payment that has been made. Any refunds will be transferred back to the debit/credit card immediately and should be back into your account within 5 working days.
