What’s the difference between small and large orders?

The categories of small and large items are just used to simplify products. Small items are
Small, light and less likely to be damaged during transport whereas certain large items specified are more fragile during transport.

I want to order both small and large products?

That is not a problem, however if your order contains both small and large items it will automatically be classed as a large order.

What is the Minimum order value?

We do operate a minimum order policy on both small and large items. For small items the minimum order value is £100 + VAT and for large items the minimum order value will depend on the distance of delivery location from our Coventry office.

Do you stock all your items?

Yes we stock all items that are displayed online

Do you accept E-Mail, Telephone or fax orders?

Yes we are happy to accept orders by email, Fax or simply call our sales line number displayed at the top right of the website

If I place an order how long will it take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch and deliver goods within 3-5 working days excluding weekends and Holiday periods.

Can I pay extra and get my delivery sooner?

Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee a faster delivery however if you give us a call we may be able to arrange a faster delivery if it is available.

What payment options are available to customers?

All small orders placed online will need to be purchased using a debit/credit card through our secure payment system. For large orders under £750+VAT we will accept either cash on delivery. For orders exceeding £750+VAT we will email a pro forma invoice. Once you have received the email if you click on the ‘Pay Now’ button you will be able to make payment through the sage pay payment system.

Can I return unwanted goods?

Unfortunately once an item has been purchased we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty/damaged or a mistake has been made with the order. Please see our returns page for returns policy.
