Our delivery charges are calculated simply on the Size of the order (SMALL/LARGE) and the Distance in miles of your location. Depending on the size and distance, a minimum order value will need to be met before the order can be processed and dispatched.
Order Size
SMALL items includes: smoking accessories, medicines, batteries
LARGE/GLASS items includes: drinks, toiletries, household goods, bottled medicines
Please Note: Orders that contain both SMALL and LARGE/GLASS items will be classed as a
LARGE delivery.
SMALL Item delivery
For small item delivery the minimum order value is £100 ex VAT
Small item delivery within our local area (15 miles radius from Coventry depot) will be delivered by our own FREE delivery service.
Small item delivery outside our local area (15 miles radius from Coventry depot) will be delivered by courier and incur a small delivery charge of £7.00 ex VAT.
Small orders over £199.99 ex VAT will qualify for a FREE delivery!
Small orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days*
LARGE Item delivery
For Large item delivery the minimum order value must be met before orders can be
Processed and Dispatched. Distance will be calculated using your delivery postcode.
